Name each corner clearly
An internal corner turns into the pool or wall line, while an external corner turns outward. Mark each one on a simple plan and indicate the direction of travel around the edge.
For curved edges, record the curve and radius information supplied by the pool builder. A straight piece cannot always substitute for a radius component.
Check returns and adjoining work
Right-angle returns may be needed where coping meets a step or another edge. Note changes in width, wall ends and transitions to paving so the installer can review the full sequence.
Confirm the profile, dimensions and finish across all pieces. Small differences between components can be conspicuous where corners meet.
Order from a verified plan
Use site measurements and pool details to confirm quantities. Ask the supplier which internal, external and radius units are available in the chosen range.
